Our Story

About the Founder – Kristin Fuller, MSW, LCSW

Hi, I’m Kristin — a therapist, coach, author, and lifelong empath who has spent over 20 years helping people heal from trauma, burnout, and toxic relationships. Over the years, I’ve met so many incredible, sensitive souls who give endlessly yet forget to care for themselves — and honestly, I’ve been there too.

Empaths Rising was born from that shared experience — the moment when deep feelers realize that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s survival. I created this space as a blend of warmth, wisdom, and real-world healing — a place where empaths, healers, and highly sensitive souls can reconnect with their energy, rebuild their confidence, and rise again.

Here, you’ll find soulful journals, cozy apparel, mugs, and eBooks designed to inspire calm, boundaries, and balance. But most importantly, you’ll find community — a supportive online space where you can connect, heal, and grow with others who truly get it.

Because healing is softer — and stronger — when we rise together.
